SES Software installation requires the following software to be installed prior to beginning its installation:

Each prerequisite listed above has a corresponding identifier. The identifier is used to locate the subfolder under the ISSetupPrerequisites folder of the distribution where the installer for the prerequisite resides.
The installer for SES Software requires the latest version of Windows Installer 5.0 (or higher).
Windows Installer 5.0 is preinstalled on Windows operating systems that are, at least, at the version level of Windows 7.
Windows operating system that is, at least, at the version level of Windows 7 does not require an installation of MSXML6.0 SP1, since it is already up-to-date.
