In line with the article “User-Centric SES Software Documentation—A 2024 Perspective”, by our Documentation Team, we have released SES Software 20.0 with an updated Online Help interface featuring a refreshed look and improved navigation to guide users directly to the information they need.

Concurrently, we published revised versions of every technical PDF (How-To Manuals and Quick Start Guides) in English, followed by translations into Chinese, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. In our next release, we will begin providing our software packages in German; translation work is already underway.

To make documents more findable, all PDFs have been moved into a new ‘Reference Material’ folder organized by document type. This structure makes it easier for users to locate the exact guide they need without unnecessary searching.

These updates keep SES Software documentation focused on clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

Along with these documentation improvements, we also created 60+ custom icons and 12 new tutorial videos, making the use of SES Software even more intuitive.
