Concurrent Runs with a Multi-User Network License

Network-based licensing of SES Software is a convenient way to maximize the use of your SES Software license by sharing it amongst several users. In this version, this licensing method has become even more interesting: with a multi-user network license, it is now possible for one user to run more than one case concurrently on a single machine.

This operation is referred to as reserving the license. At most one user can reserve the license in this way. When a user reserves the license, the seats that are reserved are not available to other users of SES Software using that same network license, until the license is restored.

Licensing

After reserving the license, you can use SESBat to run multiple concurrent runs. To do this, increase the Number of concurrent runs in the Batch Options tab of SESBat, and then start the runs.
